Faster more complete injury recovery.

At  UNLOCKED FITNESS we utilize the AXON i-MyoPro  latest in recovery and regeneration methods designed to accelerate your recovery from virtually all forms of injury.

It has been our discovery, that most forms of injury follow this 5-step D-evolution eventually ending in acute or chronic pain and injury.

Here’s the logic…..

When analyzing injuries to soft tissue we have discovered the major cause of the injury lies within the body’s inability to absorb force. (Typically caused by inability to innervate "turn on" muscles or turning on the incorrect ones for the job)

When the external force exceeds the muscles force absorbing capacity, it can no longer absorb force and appropriate the energy so the energy is transmitted to bones, joints, cartilage, and connective tissue. None of these areas were designed to perform this task in this manner so they become traumatized (injured) and become inflamed.

Muscular Dysfunction

When this inflammation occurs, the body begins a process of healing involving several phases which generally take a prolonged amount of time. This process adds additional recovery time. We should note that during this healing process, the body begins to adopt a "new" way of functioning. This "new" way essentially is how the body has figured out how to perform the same task without proper sequencing or the use of the proper muscles; we have given this "new’ way the name: compensation patterns.

Compensation Patterns

After a relatively short period of time (sometimes as little as 24 hours) these compensation patterns become ingrained and create an environment for continued dysfunction. This dysfunction will undoubtedly lead to increased overuse of compensating musculature and significantly increase the occurrence(s) of re-injury.

Overuse

Chronic Low-Grade Inflammation

***Re-Injury***

If you follow sport and overlay the aforementioned statements with what you read in the injury reports or headlines surrounding your favorite players or teams, I suspect you will identify the patterns outlined above.

For further clarification I have outlined them below:

Faulty Signaling / Lack of Innervations

*

Inter / Intramuscular Dysfunction
